Frannie Yu bids adieu

Frannie Yu passed away. He is survived by his wife, Ms. Libby Llamas-Yu and children. His remains lie in state at Tago, Surigao del Sur.

Frannie was the son of the late Iya Panyang Montero and Inggi Yu.
