Eduardo "Fred" Manzano died yesterday, 11 October 2009, at his residence in Davao City. He is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.

Today is Tito Fred's birthday; he would have turned 76 years old.

The bereaved family has scheduled the cremation on Wednesday, 14 October 2009, in Davao City. Scattering and burial of cremains follow.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Tito Fred.

To set the record straight, and in fairness to Uncle Fred, his first name is Walfrido and not Eduardo.
