Do you feel/believe that it's time for the Town Plaza to be upgraded/improved?

That would be nice....NICE! I think, there would be no need to move one land mark to another, i.e. move Rizal to some corner or distort the beauty of pagoda. I would think, remodification is what we call that is. Maintain the cleanliness and organize the settlement of its arts where they used to be is the preservation of Tago Plaza's gorgeousness. May we develop more if we needed to, not just to show off that "funds" has been utilized to these and to those. We can save funds by just thinking about this than built another "Plaza". "Green thumb" artistic gardener may be helpful. Tago has a vast of Engineers who can contribute their talents if needed.Tago Plaza can be a decent looking one if we acknowledge what vital change needed. It's easier said than done but it needs smaller funds than the "most politician's" gambling "routine". But that's another story-not a part of the poll obviously.
