bangas (stress on the 1st syllable) = mustache
bangas (stress on the 2nd syllable)= lose face (ingas is a synonym)

bilo = soot (usually from keresone lamp)
bilo = dark, unsightly spot just below the butt.


ex: ga short sa taraw nan igut-igut, amo dan way bilo an labot.

kahit = to laddle rice from a kettle
tap-ing = anything that mars the face other than birthmark like grime, soot, etc.

dumpor = not sharp, as in a pencil; "snub-nosed," as in shoes. this can also be applied to somebody who is short (as opposed to tall). naman an layat nan mga gonzales sa tago (ka ningko kahungan-hunganan) dumpor kay mugbo sa na kaliwat.
