WHERE DID CARAGA GET ITS NAME?

Have you ever wondered what Caraga, our region, meant? Well, the answer can be found in my article published by the Philippine Daily Inquirer on 19 June 1999. I found it today, just after i googled myself. Don't ask me how it got to this site.

WELL WRITTEN. NOW IT CAN BE TOLD. "the regional mantra IS TRUE that in Caraga, even those that don't glitter are gold". RICH IN NATURAL RESOURCES, PEOPLE AND CULTURE. GOVERNMENT? i dont know with the LGU. It's yet to be seen. But the NGAs are doing well with their services, except some.
