Cecille’s Best Binangkal
6 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
6 tbsps or 1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups sesame seeds
oil, for deep-frying
Sift togother into a mixing bowl the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add oil and rub mixtures with fingers.
Add milk, stir just until blended.
Form into small balls and coat each with sesame seeds.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Fry in deep, moderately hot fat, until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper. Makes 65, 1-inch ball.

Sapaalaska, madayaw yakaidiya kaw nan ini. May reference dayon kun gusto kaw moluto. Besides being homecooked, I can save some gas to go to Queens. Our Saturdays always start with siakoy and sesame balls.Kumusta na kaw? I know you because you were one of the Tagon-ons Nanay wanted to contact. Dugayi na kaw ngad-on amo? kay dugay na sa adto na panahon. I was not sure kun ga kaestorya kamo.
