Insomada's TICOY
TICOY
500 grams glutinour rice flour
3 eggs
3 cups milk (or 1 coconut mile + 1 1/2 fresh milk
2 tbsp margarine
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
coconut flakes (shredded coconut), raisins, nuts----optional
Procedure:
Cream sugar & butter. Mix in eggs, blend. Mix in half of the milk. Add rice flour gradually. Add the rest of the milk. Mix well. Add vanilla.
Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celcius. Butter the pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut flakes. Bake for 1 hour uhanbgtode pagtuslok nan tothpick wara nay mabilin.
