Health Thread

Hi everyone,

One of the incontrovertible facts of life is that: whether we are bagets or forgets, sometimes and at one stage in our lives we are struck by health scare. Therefore, health being a part and vital to our existence- we must give great deal to it. I notice that some of the threads in our web have been dormant for quite awhile now where topics of same could be integrated to other threads. This would then enable the site to accommodate a new thread for its purpose. It is in this regard therefore, that I suggest how nice it would be, if we have specific thread on Health. Here we could discuss so many things that relate to health i.e.… good & healthy diet, health & beauty tips, tips on how to defy the ageing process, hormonal imbalances, menopause (agay!!!), hypertension, arthritis, fatigue & its remedies, depression, anxiety, constipation, migrane, and other maladies that affect us.

I reckon we would all benefit from this thread. What do you guys think?

Good thinking Insom - - - Sugdan ta.

Constipation - - - take a good dose of Mana Cordapya's brown rice.
The following morning, our intestines are as clean as a whistle. :-D Take it from me. I've been there.

hmm this is a good topic..i suggest u eat more fiber..u can get it from vegetables and fruits..more water..the next morning, wow!!

Salamatir Mana nan imo kansyon, it's appreciated. Bawosan ta kaw isab pagkansyon which goes: Usahay magamahay ako, nga ikaw ug ako nagkahigugmaay, nganong damgohon ko ikaw, damgohon sa kanunay sa akong kamingaw...............Wara kay ako magmahay na an ako bana amoy ako yabana, amoy lang minsantop ini sa ako alimpatakan.

As I've said sa other thread, brown rice an pagakaon ni classmate mo pero wara sa maglaong kanako na pagkaadlaw mahabwa tanan an iya.......siguro kay permi sa siya gahabwa kada buntag, ha, ha, ha, ha. Kon mokaon ako ginagmay da sa. Sigihon ko na koman.

Sibs,

Tinuod sab yaon imo laong. Mas madayao gayod an hinog na kapaya. Pero kinilaw okey lang gihapon. Siguro pareho kita parakilawi nan kapaya. Amoy ini ako gusto sunod sa paw. Haaaayyyyy pppppaaaaaaawwwww.

Madayao na conscious kaw sa health mo. I suppose batae pa kaw kaysa kanako and I would like to say this: mahamok na kabataan koman na dili lang mo value how very fortunate they are to have been given good health and yet dili lang nila alagaan an health nila. Pagmatiguwang na kita amo pa dayon kita managbasol. So habang bata pa magsugod na daan pag-alaga nan health nato. There is a saying that goes: Start looking after your health when you are still young and when you get old your health will look after you.

Uno baya Binigs waray kapaya ngaton sa iyo? Imposible kaw kay isab/ Ngadi hamoki sa. Sa una gani na panahon yakada ako nan liso nan kapaya from Davao. Ako ngadi intanom ug intagaan ko an ako pagtagsa ug ako magwang koman permi na kami maka harvest.

insom, hehe sakto kaw tab is for taba..pero over a year na dili-i na gayud ako mokaon nan taba bisan pa suhulan ako, and im so proud that i was able to manage it (gawas kon dako an suhol kay mokaonay lamang gamay hehe).bitaw tab is for tablia, isa pa sab yaon na source nan fat.pero kuman lagi kay inkalimtan ko na sa aton mga toblerone or any other swiss made chocolates kay hain sa labi agaw magkasakit kita nan high blood malisod na..
