Tago after Dark

Think Roxas Boulevard in Manila, or Osmena Boulevard in Cebu, or San Pedro in Davao and you get the picture. Yes, Tago is now as well lit as these major thoroughfares. Thanks to Gov. Vicente “Bebe” Pimentel, Jr.

The ceremonial switching was done last 5 December 2006 with two streets blazing with sodium lights: the provincial road and the road that separates the Plaza from the Church.

The streetlights will soon be switched on along Cabrera St. (not sure; but it’s the one that goes all the way to the gym) and Laurente St. And people from Soong will have theirs soon.
