i have three degrees of anger:
intensity 1 - i try to justify and maybe discuss the issue at hand. i speak
my thoughts. i believe its better to be honest and say whats
on my mind than pretend that things are well.
intensity 2 - i still talk but m counting 1-10 na. Hoping my anger will
subside slowly. u'll notice m starting to lose my cool.
intensity 3 - i wont talk na as i might say something so bad i cant take it
back. the probable results of this are: i will bang the phone on
you or i will walk out or the best of all, i will erase u from the
surface of this earth!
now u ask if i've had experienced intensity 3? oh yes! in this lifetime, three victims already! they have either a subdued lifestyle now or no career to speak about!
lets put it this way, i am such a sweet and nice person but dont make me mad and angry! u might wish u were never born!
