MELISSA HOMES, ANOTHER FIRST FOR TAGO AND SDS!

TAGO scored another first by having the first ever housing project in Surigao del Sur---the "MELISSA HOMES!" This was according to Pag-Ibig Regional Director Amorpatri Baharla.
Owned by Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Ty, "Melissa Homes" offers 64 housing units in socialized prices.
At the ground breaking ceremony last 24 June 2009 at 10 AM, Annie Ty said that each unit has a floor area of 42 square meters and is priced at P400,000 and below. She added that half of the 64 units have already been presold mostly to government employees.
Atty. Baharla, assisted by Mayor Jun Pimentel, handed personally the 10 Million check for development expense to Mr. and Mrs. Ty.
Along the highway, "Melissa Homes" is just 100 meters or so from Crossing Victoria.
