WELL WRITTEN. NOW IT CAN BE TOLD. "the regional mantra IS TRUE that in Caraga, even those that don't glitter are gold". RICH IN NATURAL RESOURCES, PEOPLE AND CULTURE. GOVERNMENT? i dont know with the LGU. It's yet to be seen. But the NGAs are doing well with their services, except some.
