Laxambo
Layer 1
1 can condensed milk
1 can nestle cream (yaon tall)
2 pack Knox Gelatin )unflavored)
1 cup water
Mix condensed milk & nestle cream. Set aside. Boil 1 cup water and dissolve Knox gelatin. Put on low heat and add the milk & cream mixture to the knox gelatin. Pour into a gulaman molder (yaon sa Tupperware balitaw) and chill for ½ hr until settled. Now do the layer 2.
Layer 2
¾ c Hershey’s Cocoa (sifted)
1 can Evap milk (yaon tall)
¾ c Sugar
2 pack Knox Gelatin (unflavored)
1 cup water
Mix Hershey’s cocoa and evap milk. Set aside. Boil 1 cup water and dissolve Knox gelatin. Remove from heat. Pour on top of layer 1 on same molder. Chill until settled.
If ready to serve, you need to invert. The result is cream on top and choco on the bottom.
